Site publisher

The site openprojectslab.com is published on a non-professional basis under the name Open Projects Lab.

In accordance with article 6, III, 2° of French Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher — a natural person publishing the site on a non-professional basis — has chosen not to make their personal contact details public. Their full identity has been provided to the site’s hosting provider, who can make it available to the judicial authorities.

Intellectual property

The “Open Projects Lab” name, the logo and the site’s graphic elements are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

The software offered for download (Enveloppe, TempoFacture, Coffre, GuideExpress, PdfAtelier, PhotoTri, Nettoyeur intelligent) is distributed under the MIT open-source licence; the source code is publicly available on GitHub. Each piece of software remains subject to the terms of its own licence, which can be consulted in its repository.

The site may contain links to third-party sites (GitHub, YouTube, Facebook, Ko-fi, and others). The publisher exercises no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

Liability

The software is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranty of any kind, in accordance with its MIT licence. The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage arising from its use.

Content published by members

The member area (app.openprojectslab.com) allows registered people to post messages in a community chat. This content belongs to its authors and commits only them; with regard to it, the publisher acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of article 6 of the LCEN, and exercises no prior control over what is published.

Reporting unlawful content

Any manifestly unlawful content can be reported to contact@openprojectslab.com. So that a report can be handled quickly, please state:

  • the address of the page and, if possible, which message is concerned;
  • a description of the content and the reason for the report;
  • your contact details so we can reply to you.

Reports are handled as quickly as possible. Removal of content is notified to its author, with the reason for the decision, and the author may contest it by replying to that notification.

As the site is published and moderated by a single person, on a non-professional and voluntary basis, processing times may run to several days. Content involving serious offences can also be reported directly to the authorities through the French PHAROS platform.
